Lagosette School

The students at the Lagosette School were recently blessed with art classes taught by Ruth Jackson and Jessica Floe.  Ruth is an artist from Abilene, Texas and Jessica is a senior at ACU, and the two donated a week in October to teaching art to the students in Lagosette.  The children were natural artists and their creations ranged from birds and flowers to huts and tap-taps.  Lisa Dunn also joined us and took lots of amazing pictures of the kids at work.  Several pieces of artwork were chosen to create greeting cards that will soon be available for sale with all proceeds supporting the school.  Check back soon for more details!
