Lagosette School

More than 350 children and their families are blessed by the ministry of the Lagosette School. The school is funded by churches and individual sponsors.  As much as possible we try to support the local economy by purchasing school supplies, shoes and books locally in Haiti, and all the uniforms for the students are made by tailors in Haiti, with a portion of them actually sewn in Lagosette.  If you would like to contribute financially to the school, here are some ideas.

$5.00 Gives one student hot lunch each school day for the entire month!

$15.00 Provides a student new school shoes. 

$20.00 Supplies the books needed for a child for the school year. 

$35.00 Supplies one child with two school uniforms for the year.

$50.00 Covers a cook's salary for one month. 

$100.00 Covers a teacher's salary for one month.

$6,000.00  Contributes to the continuing education of exceptional students.*

*The school in Lagosette focuses on primary Christian education from preschool through sixth grade.  However, in rare cases, we have agreed to help exceptional students continue their schooling.  If you would like more information, or to contribute to this scholarship, please contact Monica at : monica@mannaglobalministries.org.

We pray that every effort at the Lagosette School is a blessing to these children and points them to hope in Jesus.  Please pray for the children attending the school in Lagosette to understand the precious love God has for each of them and for the teachers, that they would also continue to grow in the Lord.  Please also pray for Duchange, the director and his extremely challenging job.  And we pray for you as well, thanking God for your generosity and desire to express the love of our Lord in Haiti.
